Answers for leaders considering GoToCalls.
A clear guide to GoToCalls Executive Assistant and AI Architect partnerships, including how we work, how AI fits into the support, what the investment includes, and how to determine whether the partnership is the right fit.
GoToCalls
GoToCalls is a North American Executive Assistant and AI Architect firm for leaders who require executive-level support, operational ownership, discretion, and human-led AI structure. We support the work surrounding leadership, including communication, calendar, inbox, CRM, follow-up, SOPs, reporting, workflows, and AI-assisted business systems.
A GoToCalls Executive Assistant and AI Architect supports the leader at an operational level. They handle executive support, communication, calendar and inbox ownership, meeting preparation, CRM activity, follow-up, documentation, SOPs, and approved AI-assisted systems. The work is not limited to a fixed task list. It is shaped around the leader, the business, and the operating pressure that needs to be handled.
A virtual assistant is usually hired to complete assigned tasks. GoToCalls operates at a different level. Our Executive Assistants and AI Architects are trained to understand context, protect attention, carry responsibility, communicate with judgment, and build structure around the work that keeps returning to the leader.
GoToCalls support is human-led. Every client is supported by a trained Executive Assistant and AI Architect. AI does not replace the assistant. AI is used behind the work to support prompts, summaries, SOPs, reporting, workflows, documentation, and operating systems under human judgment.
AI Architecture
At GoToCalls, AI Architect means the Executive Assistant is trained to bring practical AI structure into the business. This may include prompt systems, SOP support, workflow documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, CRM support, internal knowledge organization, and AI-assisted operating systems. It is not a software engineering role. It is executive support strengthened by company context and human judgment.
No. The point is not to give the leader another tool to manage. Your Executive Assistant and AI Architect identifies where AI belongs inside the company, builds the supporting structure, and uses AI with the context of your business, your language, your systems, and the output your team needs.
No. GoToCalls is an Executive Assistant and AI Architect firm. The human operator leads. AI supports the work behind the scenes. Our value is not generic automation. It is judgment, context, discretion, ownership, and the ability to make AI useful inside the way a company actually operates.
The Partnership
Most partnerships begin after the private consultation, matching process, agreement, payment, and onboarding access are completed. The first stage focuses on understanding the leader, the business, the current systems, the communication flow, and the areas where support needs to take ownership quickly.
Onboarding gives your Executive Assistant and AI Architect the context required to operate properly. This may include access to calendars, inboxes, CRMs, documents, communication channels, SOPs, team contacts, priorities, and approved tools. The goal is not a long handoff. The goal is to give support enough context to begin reducing friction around the leader.
The first 30 days are focused on visibility, communication flow, priority capture, calendar and inbox rhythm, follow-up, and identifying where structure is missing. Your EA and AI Architect begins learning how the business moves, where decisions return to the leader, and where AI-supported systems can reduce repeated manual work.
Communication is shaped around how the leader and business operate. Many clients use email, Slack, WhatsApp, project management tools, or a combination. The priority is clear ownership, fast context, and communication that keeps work moving without adding unnecessary noise.
Every GoToCalls partnership begins with a six-month Integration Commitment. This is the minimum engagement term because GoToCalls reserves dedicated capacity, assigns your Executive Assistant and AI Architect, and builds account knowledge around the way your business operates. The relationship is designed to deepen over time, not remain at the surface level of task completion.
Investment
GoToCalls offers part-time, full-time, and Executive Suite partnerships. Part-time begins at $2,150 per month, full-time begins at $4,550 per month, and Executive Suite support begins at $9,550 per month. The difference between tiers is capacity, availability, and the level of support required. The service standard remains executive-level.
Part-time and full-time partnerships are not different levels of quality. They are different levels of reserved capacity. Full-time support gives the business more daily availability, more room for follow-up, more support across priorities, and a stronger ability to carry work throughout the day.
Yes. The Executive Suite is designed for two to four executives under one senior Executive Assistant and AI Architect. Support beyond four executives can be reviewed upon request and may require an increased monthly fee based on scope, communication volume, access, and the complexity of the work.
Hiring internally requires recruiting, onboarding, management, benefits, training, coverage planning, and internal oversight. GoToCalls gives leaders access to trained Executive Assistant and AI Architect support without asking the leader to build the role from scratch. The value is capacity, judgment, structure, and account ownership delivered through a firm built for that work.
Specialist Support
Yes. GoToCalls offers specialist support such as Appointment Setter EA, Social Media Manager EA, Bookkeeper EA, Website Designer and Developer EA, and ADHD Executive EA and AI Architect support. Specialist work is matched to the approved scope and the way the client’s business operates.
An ADHD Executive EA and AI Architect provides professional executive support for leaders with ADHD, or leaders who recognize the same patterns of fast thinking, shifting priorities, task restart pressure, and unfinished follow-through. The support is operational, not medical. It focuses on priority control, communication filtering, calendar structure, follow-through, and AI-supported operating systems.
GoToCalls serves C-Suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, luxury real estate teams, real estate investors, legal practices, and business owners who require higher-level executive support. Each engagement is shaped around the industry, the leader, the systems, and the responsibilities that need to be carried.
Fit
That is what the private consultation is for. GoToCalls reviews your current support, operational pressure, communication flow, decision load, and where leadership is still carrying work that should be handled before it reaches them. From there, we determine whether part-time, full-time, Executive Suite, or specialist support is the right fit.
GoToCalls takes fit seriously before an engagement begins. The private consultation exists to understand the business, the leader, the scope, and whether the relationship makes sense. A strong partnership requires access, communication, trust, and a clear operating rhythm on both sides.
GoToCalls is based in Canada and serves clients across North America and internationally where remote executive support is appropriate. Support is aligned around the client’s time zone, schedule, systems, and business requirements.
Yes. GoToCalls has received multiple awards for executive assistant services, innovation, and North American business support. The recognition reflects the same operating philosophy behind the work: executive-level support, human judgment, discretion, and practical AI architecture built around how leaders actually operate.
